The last PTO meeting for the 2011-2012 school year will be on May 21. The meeting will be held in the LMC from 6:30-8pm.

End of the Year Events
Longfellow's 8th grade Recognition Ceremony & Dance will be held on May 31, 2012.
LDI's 8th grade Recognition Ceremony will be held on June 2, 2012. The ceremony will take place at the Black River Beach House from 11am-1pm.
Last Day of School is June 5, 2012. Students will be released at 11:35am.

FBLA State Finalists & National Qualifiers
Congratulations to the following students who participated in the State FBLA competition: Jada B, Megan K, Ahnna S, Annie E, Bella R, Sam L, Jacob J, Jacob W, Dalton H, Ashley R, Megan M, and Caitlyn R.
The following students were National Qualifiers: Caitlyn (in two events), Ahnna, and Dalton. Good luck at Nationals!

Josten's Yearbook
The end of the year is quickly approaching, and if you have not yet purchased a yearbook for your son or daughter there is still time.
There are a limited number of yearbooks available, so do not hesitate to get your order in. The best way to do this is to send $15 dollars with your child and have them bring it to room 214, Mrs. Schall's room.
If you are unsure whether or not you ordered a yearbook, your child may check with Mrs. Schall, or you may contact the office.
Hurry, you don't want to miss out on this opportunity!
